Returns and Exchanges
All products purchased via “Buy from Amazon.com” must follow the Returns rules and regulations set forth by the Amazon.com Merchant
All the purchases made through other than skyfoxtech.com should contact the respective merchants for refunds or returns.
All products purchased via regular checkout method on skyfoxtech.com are subject to the Return Policy below:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the *unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase. **We cannot accept any items returned past the 30 day policy time frame
For health reasons all in-ear headphones and headsets that have been opened may only be returned for exchange if proven to be defective.
**All open box returns are subject to restocking fees (see below for details)
All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards (if applicable).
If any of the above conditions are not met, skyfoxtech.com reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customer’s expense. In Some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 50% for the replacement of damaged, altered, or missing contents.
All Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please email at email@example.com with your original order number along with the reason for return or exchange to obtain an RMA number and to receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). skyfoxtech.comis not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise
Refunds on returned items will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or third party account such as PayPal, Google checkout or amazon payments
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer or check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
Please Note: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please Note: RMA numbers are set to expire 14 days from date generated.
- Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
